Deal overview
We have multiple venues to enjoy a SUP lesson in Pembrokeshire. Our favourite sports are Stackpole Quay, Barafundle Bay, Tenby North Beach, Monkstone, Saundersfoot and Cresswell Quay. We work with ISA and SLSGB-certified coaches who will suit the lesson to your ability level, ensuring personalised and bespoke time!
Our SUP lessons are available from April to November, providing the most professional tuition and top-quality equipment. We recommend bringing a beach towel, sunscreen, warm clothing, a swimsuit, a bottle of water and shoes you don't mind getting wet! Please expect two hours of fun times!
You will enjoy the mesmerising landscapes as you learn at your pace how to paddle. We welcome individuals and groups 8+ years and upwards.

When your activity starts and finishes
We run our SUP lessons from April to November seven days a week. We have morning and afternoon sessions available. Get in touch to find you the most convenient date and time.
