You only have to collect the material: SUP TABLE AND PAL and launch to row. As you know, it is about getting on a table similar to surfing and promoting thanks to the removal. A simple exercise that, if you have not tried yet, will not take long to learn.
What is necessary is that you know how to swim and go with a swimsuit, towel and sun protection cream. We will give you a life jacket and a watertight case to complete your team.
