To enjoy this adventure you do not need to have practice , since it is a fairly simple sport, with a large table that will help balance. Before entering the river, one of our monitors will explain the basic techniques that you must continue to succeed during the descent. What will be necessary is that you know how to swim and you really want to live unique sensations!
For this experience we advise to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and (if it was cold) window. Also, we disagree with the use of glasses , in the case of being essential, we recommend that you bring some cord for them.
