- This paddle lesson will last 1 hour 30 minutes.
Deal overview
For this, you will have at your disposal a life jacket, a paddle and of course, a Paddle board. You can complete the equipment with a wetsuit and neoprene slippers available for rental, but remember to bring your swimsuit as well as what to refresh you and protect you from the sun!
No worries if you have never done Paddle, the instructor will be at your side to give you a personalized lesson! Before "taking the plunge," you will learn the basics of this relaxing sliding discipline and the safety instructions that accompany it.
The Ingril Pond is also an ideal site for learning to master your Paddle techniques, regardless of the level, because it is a quiet water from which you will have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains...
The session will take place in small groups so that the instructor offers you tailor-made support and allows you to progress quickly.
