If you are learning or have never practiced it, it is highly recommended that you take a class with a instructor for 1 hour and 40 minutes in the Cabanes area. This will help you improve paddling and position yourself correctly on the board

Paddle surfing is a sport that is accessible from a very early age until they are strong enough to paddle, since it does not require any physical preparation for beginners. In SUP you can develop balance and coordination as well as being able to work on arm strength.

When we practice it, in addition to physically training, we can easily observe the underwater bottom in areas of clearer water, in addition to seeing the rocks, algae and, if we are lucky, the marine fauna.

In addition, we will practice gentle paddling to start, which will allow for conversations with your classmates. That's why they say it's a socializing sport both with your teammates and with nature.
