The best way to get started in paddle surfing is this course in calm waters that we offer in the town of Somo, in Cantabria.

This is a complete course in which over the course of 2 hours we will ensure that you acquire autonomy in the practice of paddle surfing thanks to the teaching of our expert instructor.

We will begin with an explanation of different techniques that we will do in the sand. You will learn how to correctly use paddle surf equipment, how to get on the board, how to paddle while on your knees, stand up and paddle standing up.

Next we will go to the water, learning the correct way to enter and exit with the board, maintaining safety (our own and that of our companions). We will learn to maintain balance in different positions, row, turn and other basic maneuvers.

After this course you can sign up for paddle surfing in waves, if you are interested, and also for the trips we do in the area. We want you to enjoy stand up paddle as much as possible!
