Dare to take our SUP courses that we teach on the Zahara de los Atunes beach, every afternoon, for 2 hours. You will practice one of the most refreshing and complete sports in a unique place for it.

The Open Water course is perfect for beginners of this sport, since we teach it in a section of calm, shallow water so that you gain experience and ease paddling on top of the table.

Our instructors have a long "surfing career". You will learn from the best and with very careful attention, since we never have more than 2 students for each instructor.

You will know the hidden abilities you have, and know how to combine them with the sea in every movement.

It is a very fun sport and in which many aspects are worked on. Perfect for any age, without the need to be in complete physical condition, from 14 years.
