The best of paddle surf and the best of yoga merge to bring you this unique experience on the Playa del Varador: a class of SUP yoga, the combination of two disciplines that will captivate you as soon as you start.

During 1 hour of class, you will learn various yoga positions that can be performed without difficulty on the paddle surf board. Our professional instructor will be in charge of guiding you during this immersive experience, which will make you connect with the sea and the environment.

We are in Mataró, on one of the best beaches for practicing this sport due to its spaciousness, its tranquility and its mornings, in which the sea is calm. You can't imagine how spectacular it is to practice SUP yoga during the first hours of the day, contemplating the sunrise.

This activity is carried out on Tuesdays with the sunrise or on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
