We do paddle surf routes along the Girona coast of 3 hours, because this gives us time to see a lot of places while still doing sports.

Because paddle surfing is a very complete activity, and in 3 hours you will exercise a good amount of muscles throughout your body while you delight your eyes with the beauty of the coast and the animals of the Mediterranean.

Furthermore, since rowing is going to tire us out and on such a long route it is necessary to rest, the instructors will bring the snorkeling equipment so that you can take a swim in the coves you want. There are many fish and corals that give color to the water of the Costa Brava.

Paddling between rocks and with your favorite company (you have to be a minimum of 6 surfers to take an excursion), you will love the experience of paddle surfing in Girona.
