The classes are 2 hours and you can choose the days you want to receive them, we will put at your disposal the material you need and the best teachers who will teach you to master your technique in stand up paddle surfing (also known as SUP).
You will learn important steps such as understanding the sea, surfing position, how to avoid hits, positioning on the board, etc. And we will take you to Castelldefels beach or Mongat, depending on which one has the best waves on the day you come.
