This sliding session is undoubtedly the best way to recharge your batteries in the middle of Lake Vioulou. You will have the opportunity to observe the local flora and fauna, as well as the mountains and hills that border the lake. Paddleboarding is a water sports accessible to all, practiced standing, sitting or on your knees, so you can adopt a position that suits you during the session. Once you arrive at the nautical camp in Canet-de-Salars, our instructors will provide you with all the necessary equipment, such as the board, paddle and vest safety. In addition, our priority is safety, which is why a safety briefing will be held before the start of the session.

On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our team of state graduatesand taken care of during a short briefingintroducing you to the use of the equipment: stand-up, flotation vest and paddle will be at your disposal. Once equipped, set off for an excursion as sporty as it is relaxing on the sparkling waters of Lake Pareloup!

How is this practiced? Initially, you will be provided with a board and a paddle, the aim being to stand up and paddle but it is possible to start seated and take your time.
