Join us at our nautical base in Comprégnacin Aveyronto experience an unforgettable family activity! stand up paddle boarding consists of standing on an inflatable board and navigating on the water using a paddle. This is an excellent way to get your child to practice a physical activity, paddle surfing requires the whole body and this is even though we realize it as the activity is entertaining!
After a short safety briefing, we will give you all the equipment you need, including a life jacket. Once equipped, we set off for the adventure!
We offer two descents, departures will be from Millau. For the first 12 km walk, you will pass under the viaduct, you will discover Peyre, the hamlet of the twelve and the heronry of Tarn and finally stop at Comprégnac. There is no limit on arrival times so you can enjoy with complete peace of mind.
As for the 18 km descent, you will stop at Candas to enjoy a full day of exploration.
