For 1 hour, you will discoverLake Castelnauand the surrounding area aboard your fun, lightand environmentally friendly boat.
The nautical baseis located in the Lot Valleywhich will charm you with its rivers, its plainsand its mountains. The structure is more precisely located on the edge of La Grave beach, where you can swim, tan, quench your thirst /strong>and above all, you recharge your batteries! You will carry out your activity in one of the most beautiful villages in France, namely, Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt.
We are therefore waiting for you within our structure where you will be taken care of by our dynamic and welcoming team. After giving you your equipment and giving you a few tips for balancing on your board, you will set off independently on Lac de Castelnau. The swimmings, the challenges and the magical landscapes are yours. Once you have had your fill of sportand natural landscapes, you will return to the leisure center where you will hand over your equipment to a of our guides and will be able to debrief with him on this activity.

- Don't forget to bring your swimsuit, your bath towel as well as your sun protection!
- If you wish to do the tripwith one of our instructors, we invite you to inform the nautical base once the reservation has been made!
