It's time for you to discover stand up paddle (also known as SUP) by participating in this one-hour activity. The latter is both fun, sporty and revealing breathtaking landscapes. - Start of the activity to discover the calm water areas, between a place of your choice: Leucate, Barcarès and the Palme Pond.

- The instructor will take care of informing you of the timetable.
