In our search for new adventures we have discovered a shocking experience that allows us to explore the incomparable silence of the mountains and de-stress thanks to the greatness of nature: it is SUP on lakes.
We will slide with a board and a paddle through crystalline lakes surrounded by the high peaks and thick forests of the Picos de Europa, soaking up their flora and fauna, a luxury that is within everyone's reach.
The structure of the day will be as follows:
- Reception and welcome to clients by a monitor from our team.
- Theoretical - practical talk about the use of the material, the safety rules and the techniques that we must use to slide.
- Warm-up and stretching exercises to avoid injuries.
- Guided route through a high mountain lake.
- Return.
Although the activity takes place in the fall, winter and spring months, don't worry about the temperature. In the mountains, the temperature increases considerably after mid-morning and with the appropriate clothing we usually feel hot.
The duration of the day is around 10 hours.
