For two hours we will navigate on the Paddle Surf board, helping ourselves with the paddle through the mouth of the Nalón River. One of our instructors will guide you in this first contact, explaining what you need to know to start surfing with this variant of surfing.
We will prepare a route tailored to you so that you learn to move on the board while enjoying the wonderful environment that surrounds the Nalón River and discovering the numerous benefits of this sport, such as strengthening muscles and improving balance or the important source of relaxation that means.

The time in which we will carry out the activity will be agreed with the client.
