Before you jump into the water in the Mediterranean and enjoy the tranquility that reigns in this natural setting, one of our instructors will be able to explain to you how to paddle, if you have never done it before, and show you some of the routes that you can take along this part of theNice coastline.
As you can imagine, to rent a paddle, no prior experience is required: you will quickly get the hang of it and, if you don't want to stand and balance, you can always sit down to admire the landscapes of south-eastern France.
At the end of the hour, we will be happy to wait for you to collect all the equipment and listen to the story of your adventure!
