Alicante tennis stage low season 1 week

If you are between 8 and 16 years old and you are a lover of tennis and padel, you can now take advantage of your vacation to train in the summer like a true ATP or WTP player.

The training will take place in Villena, a beautiful town in Alicante where we have prepared a very complete campus aimed at promising young players in the world of tennis. We even have "Playsight" technology on the track that will help participants know their strengths but also those that need improvement. In this way we achieve a more personalized training in which the student's progression will advance by leaps and bounds.

You will stay in our academy on a full board basis. Nutrition is one of the basic pillars of an athlete so we will also ensure that meals are varied, healthy and balanced.

The training will take place both in the morning and in the afternoon and will be focused on tennis, although we will also perform general exercises to improve resistance, increase our strength and work on balance. If you wish, you can sign up for optional paddle tennis or language classes.

We will also spend time playing games and other leisure activities such as swimming in the pool or entertainment from our instructors. You won't be bored for a second! Furthermore, if you are lucky and the dates coincide, you will be able to meet great athletes like Juan Carlos Ferrero, Pablo Carreño or Nicola Kuhn.

This year's low season dates coincide on Sundays in June and August, book your week now.

If your children love tennis, you cannot deny them this opportunity to train in the summer like true ATP or WTP players.

At our tennis school in Villena, Alicante, we have prepared summer camps for promising young people from 8 to 16 years old in which they will learn to focus their life with sport as ally.

Staying in our school facilities, you will sleep, train and eat like real professional tennis players. They will have full board included to have all the energy necessary for training.

We will get up at 8:00 to have breakfast, and at 9:00 we will begin training. We will train until 12:45, when we will go to relax for a while in the pool before eating. At 4:00 p.m., we will resume the sessions until 7:15 p.m., when we will schedule entertainment and games in the pool. Finally, we will have dinner at 8:30 p.m. and sleep at 11:00 p.m.

Although this schedule may be modified by some of our alternative activities. If you're lucky, you'll even meet the school's tennis players, includingJuan Carlos Ferrero, if they're available during campus.
