We suggest that you come and spend a weekend in Chiclana de la Frontera, where you will stay in the Surya villa, in a shared room with 2, 3 or 4 beds. You will have towels and sheets.
For your stay you will have a buffet breakfast of organic products, without dairy. You can also use all the common areas.
There will be 2 sessions of yoga and 1 meditation. They will be crucial for this retreat to help you disconnect.
We will also take a hiking excursion through the province of Cádiz. We can choose between the following options:
- Route of the lighthouses and towers.
- Route of the sea trades.
- Route through the Breña Natural Park.

6 yoga sessions will be held with all the material needed. We are also going to do a meditation session.
We will also do some great hiking routes around Cádiz. You will choose 2 from the following options that we give you:
