An individual course will give you the opportunity to have the instructor all to yourself, at your complete disposal, in a frontal lesson.
The lessons are divided into two parts:
-theory
-practice
You will start with the theory, during which the instructor will give you some tips on the positions to hold on the board when you are at sea, he will make you do mobility and muscle activation, necessary for later, and he will explain how to behave once you are at sea.
The theory will be followed by practice: we think that there is no better way to test what has been learned during the explanation, than to put it directly into practice, always under the careful supervision of the instructor.
