As at the beginning of any water sport, the first thing you will do is practice from the sand. As it is a stable surface, you will be able to perform movements in a safer and more effective way. Once the expert monitor considers it appropriate, you will go into the water with all the equipment (which we will leave you) and thus begin the adventure.

During the duration of the course you will be supervised by a professional who will explain the maneuvers to follow step by step. You will learn in a simple and fun way in one of the best destinations for this sport. Take a walk around Cádiz and let the wind take you along this wonderful beach!

So that the baptism can be carried out in complete safety, a rescue boat will be ready at all times. Although it will not be necessary to use it.
