Introductory kitesurfing course at Lake La Palme 2 hours

If you want to become a true expert in kitesurfing, but you don't know where to start... Know that we have prepared an idealintroductory course to allow you to take your first steps in this fascinating sport!

This activity will take place on the famous Lac de La Palme, which offers the ideal conditions to begin your adventure in the world of kitesurfing. Its shallow depth and the wind that blows in the region are ideal for letting yourself be carried away by the waves!

During this two-hour activity, you will be supervised at all times by one of our certified instructors and, best of all, we have a walkie-talkie communication system integrated into our kitesurfing equipment. Our goal is to introduce you to this sport in the best possible way without you ever feeling alone!

In case you have any doubts, we will provide you with all the complete equipment, with a wing and a board adapted to your level and the conditions of the day, so that your learning at Lac de La Palme is optimal, even if you start from scratch. However, we ask that you come with your own neoprene slippers, sunglasses (preferably with a cord) and good sun protection.

When you are ready, the lesson will begin: you will learn how to activate and reset security systems. We will also work on different piloting styles, such as static piloting, mid-canopy dynamic piloting, dynamic piloting and one-handed piloting.

But we won't stop there, because we will also delve into how to generate energy, good control of the bar and we will even learn how to perform downward curls.
