Kayaking session on River Findhorn for 2.30h

Specially designed for those who want to start their experience with this water sport, you can have a great time paddling on a river that offers different water levels and currents. In consequence, we'll be setting off from a flat area where you will learn how to use the tools that we will provide and then we'll be moving to others where you can be amazed by the view of orange-leaves forests and stunning stone bridges like Daltullich Bridge and where the flow is more intense and you'll be able to improve your kayaking style.

By the way, we'll be using inflatable kayaks as we said before. Why? Because they are the best for initiating yourself and they are perfect for everyone as they flow with ease.

Anything else to keep in mind? You should be at least 18 years old, from March to November is the best period of the year to come as Spring storms will be finally over by then and water conditions are great and that non-swimmers can be part of the adventure because we have fantastic buoyancy aids, helmets and safety equipment included in our session.

Inflatable kayaks are excellent for children who want to start their adventure with this sport, so you can't miss the chance of bringing them to River Findhorn to spend 2.30 hours on the water improving or beginning their abilities.

To start, you will put on the equipment that you need to stay safe and warm (and that is included!) like buoyancy aids and helmets. Right after, we will take off from a calm and flat area of the river, so kids can gain confidence with the tools.

Step by step, we'll be reaching those stretches where there are waves and water flows high (don't worry, it's still safe and though you can't swim, there's no risk). There, you will feel an exhilarating feeling like no other, a feeling that is only comparable to the views. A lot of medieval constructions and bridges can be found and they all have a history. Daltullich Bridge, for example, has a breathtaking and privileged view of Findhorn valley!

Is there any important fact to remember before booking the activity? Sure, children must be from 8 to 17 years old and, if you allow us a piece of advice, if you bring them from Spring to the beginning of Autumn ( March to November), the experience will be better because water conditions are perfect after the first the Spring storms.
