We will also visit Montes Azules which is the Biosphere Reserve with the greatest biodiversity in Mexico, we will tour it in kayaks through the Lacantun River.
The first day we will leave from San Cristóbal de las Casas heading to the impressive El Chiflón waterfall to enjoy its 70-meter drop, then we will visit the majestic Montebello Lagoons, the beauty This place will surprise you. At the end of this tour we will go to the Río Lacantun Camp to rest and spend the night lulled to sleep by a chorus of saraguato monkeys. On this day we include lunch and dinner.
The next day we will carry out the kayak adventure where you will be able to navigate for 4 hours, in part of the tour we will enter the jungle to eat a delicious lunch surrounded by beautiful vegetation. The kayak tour ends in the town of Loma Bonita where we will eat and head back to San Cristóbal de las Casas, the estimated return time is 9:00 pm. On this second day we include breakfast, lunch and food.
We recommend that you bring a swimsuit, towel, sandals, flashlight, comfortable shoes for the walk considering they can get wet, a cap or hat, biodegradable sunscreen, and ecological mosquito repellent. And if you come in the rainy season, a raincoat.
