Not if they’re into karting! They’ll beg you for the chance to go hurtling around the track, developing muscle coordination, spatial awareness and self confidence on the way.
Our practice sessions for children aged 12-15 years old allow them to get into the driving seat of special junior karts, designed to be very safe and super exciting to drive. In the interests of safety, we’ll also give them gloves, a helmet and a race suit and deliver a safety briefing.
They’ll get a 20-minute slot on the track when there are no adults around. And the track is one of the best in the Southeast - located alongside the hippodrome in Esher, Surrey.
The only things participants need is a pair of trainers and a balaclava to wear under the helmet. Among our trackside facilities, we have a store where you can buy one if you need to.
