Join us for a horse riding adventure. We’re going hacking along country lanes, bridleways and across fields from our equestrian centre outside the town of Camelford.
This is the price for a hack of 1 hour. That means about 60 minutes in the saddle. There will also be time for a quick safety talk and to get ready to mount and ride our horses and ponies.
We can welcome novice riders and experienced jockeys to join these instructor-led hacks. We will ask you in advance for your weight in order to choose the right horse for you.
Hacking in this area is a pleasure in all seasons. From new growth in spring to all the colours of autumn and everything in between, there’s so much to enjoy, time and again.

We’re going hacking on horseback for 2 hours through the meadows and fields, woods and wilds of North Cornwall. There’s no better way to enjoy this stunning part of the country.
We are based on a farm outside Camelford. We’re surrounded by a bucolic landscape, which transforms into a dramatic coastline a few miles to the north featuring visitor favourites such as Boscastle and Tintagel.
In 2 hours we can cover several miles, depending on your level and ability. Our hacks are open to all, from beginners to experts, but we will tailor the experience, including the route and difficulty, to the needs of the group.
All this is made possible by our certified instructors, who’ll deliver a safety talk and lead the ride, and our wonderful horses. We will ask you how much you weigh before the experience in order to provide you with a suitable horse.
