We do this excursion leaving from Orizaba. The first places we are going to pass through are Río Blanco, Mendoza, Tecamalucan and Soledad Atzompa.
The first objective is to reach the community of Teotlaco to visit the mountain tourist center Okotentli where there are traditional doctors, wool craftswomen and wood craftsmen. Here we will learn about the customs and traditions of this community.
After here, we head to the municipality of Xoxocotla where we visit the church and the traditional market. Further on are the municipalities of Astacinga and Tehuipango, where there are remains of pyramids. The next stops will be in Mixtla de Altamirano, Zongolica and we finish in Tequila where we will have lunch at the Kohyomixtla Ecotourism Center.
