Upon arrival at the starting point, we will give you the trekking poles to undertake the initial walk lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes. We will climb little by little, until we reach the highest edge of the crater which will allow us to have the best view of its lagoon with turquoise waters.
It is worth mentioning that this volcano does not expel lava, but it does emit toxic gases and large masses of ash. During the walk, you will be able to notice the scars left by its last eruption, which was caused in 1982. Thanks to the extensive knowledge of the experts who will accompany us, we will learn a little more technical data and history of this beautiful and captivating volcano. .
Despite being a basic level route, we will provide you with food during the route that fills us with energy since the return trip will also take approximately 2 hours.
