We want you to enjoy this experience in the Galician forests, also combining it with other experiences such as "shinrin yoku" (Japanese term that means "forest bathing"), barefoot walks among the trees, consciousness, etc.
We will turn off smartphones and other electronic devices and merge with the sounds, touches, smells and images that nature offers us. We will amplify the scope of our senses and our own consciousness.
