Hiking in Lugo 18 kilometers and menu

We suggest that you do the sport of hiking along the Azúmara route, it is made up of a total of 18 kilometers located in the town of Castro de Villadonga. This town, located 23 kilometers from Lugo, will be our starting point. Once underway, our official guide will give you instructions on the characteristics of the route, both the difficulty, the areas and the duration.

Next we will take the road down towards the town of Monte do Corda. When we advance on the itinerary we will be able to see a beautiful panoramic view of towns such as Val de Francos, Sierra de Meira, the Irimia scree... in short, we will pass through numerous places, of different tones, with diverse vegetation up to reach the end of our route which is located in the town of Castro de Rei.

An important feature that you can see along the route is "the torque", they are symbols carved in wood. One of the most important was carried out in the Castro de Villadonga, and is currently exhibited in its museum.
