We will meet first thing in the morning in Oaxaca to go to Miahuatlán, we will reach the highest peak of the mountain to walk downhill. Enjoy the fresh but desert views, accompanied by bushes and lots of nature. We will be able to make different stops so you can take photographs and capture impressive panoramic views.
When we reach the bottom of the mountains, we will take a brief break to enjoy a country brunch and continue appreciating the environment that will be around us. We will continue the experience walking through the agave fields where we will hear a little more about the Zapotec culture while we admire the landscapes and hear how the traditional drink of mezcal emerged. Finishing we will go to the restaurant where we will eat authentic Oaxacan food.
We will lower the food by visiting the palenque where we can observe first-hand the preparation of mezcal, you will see a lot of art! You will become an agave expert, knowing how to differentiate each type.
