We will meet first thing in the morning in Oaxaca to go to Miahuatlán, we will reach the highest peak of the mountain to walk downhill. We will continue the experience walking through the agave fields where we will hear a little more about the Zapotec culture while we admire the landscapes and hear how the traditional drink of mezcal emerged. Finishing we will go to the restaurant where we will eat authentic Oaxacan food.
We will lower the food by visiting the palenque where we can observe first-hand the preparation of mezcal, you will see a lot of art! You will become an agave expert, knowing how to differentiate each type.
