Better known as The Sleeping Woman, Iztaccíhuatl is a place that all lovers of mountaineering or hiking should do at some point in their life. Discovering its magic and reaching the top with its incredible panoramic views give you a very emotional and unforgettable experience.
On our route we will reach the summit of "Las Rodillas" with 5,000 meters above sea level. During the ascent we will find a path with varied terrain, that is, we can find dirt, stones and sand, in addition, in the last section (300 meters), we need to do some climbing to reach the top. >so desired.
We will provide you with all the necessary equipment, you just have to come with the appropriate clothing, ask us and we will be happy to advise you. The journey is very safe since there will also be a guide for every 3 people. Our team of guides have international experience and are WFR certified, which is first aid in remote areas.
In order to join this adventure, it is preferable that you have previously climbed the Nevado de Toluca and La Malinche. It is also very important that you have excellent physical condition since although it is only 4 km, you have to take into account the difficulty of the climb and especially the height of the place.
