Hiking to Torrecilla Sierra Nieves level 2

Would you like to ascend the Torrecilla peak in the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park on a guided hiking route? We will take you to climb this mountain of almost 2,000 meters high on paths of level 2 difficulty, very close to Ronda.

We will start from the recreational area Los Quejigales, following a path to the Cañada del Cuerno, where we will leave the first 300 meters behind. Afterwards we will pass through Tolox and Puerto del Saucejo, but not before reaching the Peñón de los Enamorados, a romantic point on the climb to Torrecilla.

Upon reaching the Pilones we will see the summit, beginning the last section, which is the one that will require the most physically and the most entertaining, with 400 meters in length. Once at the peak, and if it is a cloudless day, we will see a different landscape on all sides: Gibraltar and Africa to the south, Sierra Nevada in the east and, in the other direction, the Sierra del Pinar.

Bring your hiking clothes ready, along with the poles, and enjoy a good walk in the Sierra de las Nieves of Malaga.
