La Ciotat is a town of incomparable charm. It is located in one of the most coveted regions of France: Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The latter is characterized by its wealth in terms of heritage and natural sites of dazzling beauty.

We suggest you spend half a day exploring the calanques, the reliefs and the 100% natural corners of this paradise place . Departing from the Calanques National Park, you will do a Trekking hike accompanied by an experienced instructor who knows the region, in order to take advantage of this experience to visit all theinterestingand improbable spots that the latter engulfs.

A sporting activity, allowing you to take a breath and connect with nature while leaving behind the stress and pressure of daily and urban life. An opportunity for you to escape and get out of routine.

You will have an intense half-day full of discoveries that will soothe your heart. You will begin the activity by going to the starting point where the instructor will receive you with a briefing explaining the course of the activity and a reminder of the safety instructions to take into account. You will then be able to begin your walk gently and let yourself be seduced by the beauty of everything you will discover.

You must provide protection against the sun, namely sun cream, hat/cap and sunglasses. You also need to remember to stay hydrated throughout the adventure and to be dressed comfortably.

This is an escapade supervised by an experienced instructor to go in search of new landscapes and settings to admire. It is both a physical activity of endurance and exploration allowing you to get away from the beaten track and admire the beauty of the spots in the region in question. The latter is that of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, a region which brings together several terrestrial and maritime elements and settings.

The activity takes place in the Calanques National Park, in the charming town of La Ciotat. You will then be able to visit this heritage in more depth over the course of a full day.

You will start by regrouping at the meeting place, where your instructor will be waiting for you. Then, you will have a briefing and a reminder of safety instructions to follow.
