There are very easy courses, to be completed with complete peace of mind, and other extreme courses reserved for accomplished athletes (notably the king kong course for which a height of 1m60 is required, as well as a good physical condition)
As soon as you arrive, you are accompanied by a team of professionals who will provide you with the materials and equipment necessary for your safety, and will also give you training on a mandatory introductory course. Then, you progress independently on the courses!
