Guided literary route through Segovia 90 minutes

If you are a lover of culture and books are your downfall, we suggest you take a guided tour of Segovia in a different way: exploring its most literary side.

Literature is going to be the guiding thread of this tour, and as we walk through the streets of Segovia we are going to talk to you about the writers who were born or lived here, or those who, without being Segovian, finished their days in our city.

We will explore both ancient Castilian texts and Sephardic works. Genres of all kinds, from poetry and prose to the most important plays. We will know the references that Segovia keeps to the most important authors, for example, Antonio Machado

The tour itself will begin at the aqueduct and continue along Juan Bravo Street, also exploring the small alleys in the area. We will reach the Antonio Machado Museum, located in the house where he lived. It is one of the most visited museums in Segovia.

In total we will be on the route for 90 minutes, always with a professional guide to give us all the information we want to know about literary Segovia.
