We head towards the Alcarria of Cuenca until we reach Caracenilla, crossing the Valley of the Río Mayor, a place where we will learn how Manchego cheese is made attending a factory very famous for its "La Ermita" Cheese. We will have the pleasure of trying some of their most famous products.

After working up an appetite, we will see a Roman bridge and head to an authentic La Mancha inn, where food lovers of this land will feel very satisfied with their dishes.

Next, we head to Huete, which is the capital of Alcarria, where we will visit its Church of San Pedro and see its imposing tower, from where you can see the entire town and its surroundings.

Finally, we will make a stop at the Pago Calzadilla winery, where we will see its magnificent facilities and taste the taste of good wine.

A little happier, we will begin the road to Cuenca.
