Discover the secrets of one of the oldest professions, that of cheese shepherd. Thanks to this activity, specially designed for the little ones in the house, you can becomegoat herders and master cheese makers.

For one day you will discover with our experts the secrets, care and needs of the goats, getting to know our farm, discovering the facilities and participating in the daily tasks and care of these animals. You will learn the tasks of milking the herd, how it is done, how the milk is extracted and what is done with it. Those of you who dare can even manually milk one of our goats.

After this activity, we invite you to discover what is done with the milk that is milked and how it becomes a rich and succulent goat cheese. You will be able to see live how our cheese experts carry out the entire process, what the maturation and transformation phase is like for each of the varieties of cheeses that we have and what you have to do to become expert cheese makers too. . When we finish you will be able to taste all the products you have been making so that you can capture the final taste of the process you have attended.
