Travel through part of the history of the Belorado region, taking a guided tour of the old Puras de Villafranca mining complex!

You will access real mining galleries to be able to observe with your own eyes what the work that the miners carried out in this place was like in the 19th century.

These manganese mines are 100% authentic, they are not a replica. Everything you will see during the route is real. You will see the galleries, the rails, the wagons, the tools that the miners used, etc.

We will see the infrastructure that made up the complex: sinks for the extracted mineral, the electric turbine, the offices... You will be transported to another era. It is the oldest manganese mine in the entire country!
The guided tour will begin at the Visitor Reception Center of Puras de Villafranca. Make your reservation and we'll see you there!
