If you want to know rock climbing we offer you this workshop in Tenerife.

This activity, which takes place in the middle of nature, will help you disconnect and forget your worries to focus on improving yourself. In addition, you will be able to discover the most hidden places on the island of Tenerife, which has multiple landscapes, passing through volcanic terrain, natural beaches, pine forests, and cliffs with vertical walls.

In this workshop, which will last 4 hours approximately, we will teach the following contents:

Basic use of material
Learning basic knots
Foot movement
Type of grips
How to manage balance

The groups will have a maximum of 4 people, and you will be accompanied by a professional mountain guide who will teach you these basic techniques. We make departures every day of the week (in the morning or afternoon). We advise you to bring drinks and water, and a snack or energy bar to regain strength.

We will provide you with all the technical material required: harness, climbing shoes, carabiners, ropes, etc.
