Haven't you tried climbing and rappelling yet? In this baptism in the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, you will be introduced to the vertical world that is currently having more and more fans.

The sensation of verticality, and of ascending the rock with the strength of your feet and hands, is an almost indescribable sensation. You have to try it to know first-hand what it feels like!

It is a sport for all audiences, you can even come as a family, since children will love it. Contact with nature and experiencing new adventures will make you forget all your worries and relax in a rural environment far from the city.

We will go in a group of between 6 and 10 people, accompanied by a professional guide who will be in charge of teaching you the basic techniques and your safety. We will carry all the technical material: helmet, ropes, harness, carabiners... The only thing you will have to bring will be food and drink so that you can regain energy.
