Know that guiding you and supporting you will be a well-qualified instructor that knows and loves the outdoors very well. For this session, we don't require a minimum age, nevertheless, know that you will be involved in an activity that during the day will challenge and ask you for some physical effort. You do not have to worry about safety equipment, everything needed will be provided. Join us with appropriate clothes, some snacks and water if needed, and anything else you think you might need.
