Climb to Uriellu peak via South in Bulnes 1:30h

If you are a self-respecting climber you should come and climb with us through the Picos de Europa, since we have a route climbingperfect to test our skills. Join us to discover the Pico de Uriellu, where we will complete the Southern Way, also called the Martinez Way, for 1: Approximately 30 hours and is located in the Asturian council of Cabrales, in the parish of Bulnes.

The only thing you will have to do is come well psyched to face a climbing route along a 2,519 meter high peak. You will not have to plan or think about anything else since we will provide you with all the necessary materials for our climbing day, as well as a professional instructor who will support you at all times.

For our climbing route along the South route of Pico de Uriellu we will carry out a total itinerary of 160 meters of climbing with 5 pitches. The first is very short, it is only 15 meters long and hardly presents any difficulty, despite being level 4+/5, and this is due to the fact of being at the beginning of the road and that it is not long at all.

The second pitch is the longest of all, it is 40 meters long and has a complexity of level 4. It gains height quickly and this section does represent a real difficulty, for which will be the moment where we will put our climbing skills to the test. The exit to the first meeting is arduous and you have to place your right foot with extreme care on a stone that is fundamental. This section becomes so delicate and challenging precisely because of this part, among other things, since the stone is worn and slippery, but there is no need to worry, because when climbing with true professionals the risk is always minimal.

After this part we reach the third pitch and this has a route of 25 meters and a difficulty of grade 3+. This part can probably be one of the simplest because, in addition to being very short, it has good equipment and good grips, both for feet and hands.

No sooner have we overcome it than we reach the long room which is 30 meters long and has an intoxicating difficulty that will release a large dose of adrenaline in us, especially at the end. We will find vertical cracks in the stones through which we will have to climb and here the handholds become blurred and are no longer so obvious. It is a very aerial section in which we will gain a vertigo-inducing height and from where we will be able to see some spectacular views.truly beautiful that take even the most seasoned climber's breath away.

Finally we arrive at the fifth pitch, which is 40 meters long and is level 3, so to finish we will complete our climbing route without major complications.
