On the first day of the course we will do a theoretical part, essential to understand the risks and precautions of this sport and to know its secrets well. Afterwards, we will move on to a practical part of several hours to finish the first training session.
The second day will be dedicated exclusively to climbing throughout the day. It is a complete course to handle climbing equipment, belay techniques, take-off maneuvers and follow the basic sequence to progress along the rock.
With practical methods and audiovisual material, rapid learning is guaranteed.
