We are waiting for you from Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. On Fridays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
