As the monitor will teach you the movements that you will need to perform during the descent, you do not need to have previous experience doing this sport, since it is for beginners.
First we will walk along a flat path for a few minutes, then you will make your first descent of several meters. From there, you can observe the vegetation of this natural reserve, unique in the world. In this ravine you will have to face different rappels and jumps such as the well-known Salto del Río, where you will have to overcome a jump of about 20 meters nothing more and nothing less!
The day you have your reservation, come with comfortable and sports clothing, sports or mountain shoes, plenty of water, sun cream and of course, some food to fill your belly when you get a little hungry due to the physical effort you are making along the route.
