A Sunday doesn't have to be a boring day, you can turn it into the best day of the week, that's why we suggest you do the guaría ravine descent that takes place in Tenerife, one of the most appropriate places to go canyoning, since it has a multitude of them.
Due to its high altitude, since it is the highest point in our country, it has a large number of ravines that are also natural formations that are protected.
