A Sunday doesn't have to be a boring day, you can turn it into the best day of the week, that's why we suggest you do the guaría ravine descent that takes place in Tenerife, one of the most appropriate places to go canyoning, since it has a multitude of them.

Due to its high altitude, since it is the highest point in our country, it has a large number of ravines that are also natural formations that are protected. In this case, we will do the Guaría one, in which we will do a little bit of everything: trekking or hiking, rappelling where we will descend with a rope down vertical walls, and strong>jumps and slides down natural slides. Of course, getting bored is going to be impossible.

You can come accompanied, since the groups are 2-8 people for over 14 years old, so it is a very complete plan to live with family or new friends adventures that you all like.

A monitor will guide you along the safest path and we will also bring you all the necessary materials for your protection: helmet, gloves, carabiners and harness, and you should only bring comfortable clothing , hat, water and something to eat.
