This is a canyoning descent that you will be able to do at the Soussouéou canyon. It is a canyon which offers a route accessible to beginners wishing to discover the sensations of canyoning, but also for beginners who want to have fun in a fun aquatic canyon.
The latter is full of greenery, aquatic landscapes and rocky landscapes, enough to satisfy your thirst for nature and adventure! You will have the opportunity to jump several meters and slide down natural slides that nature offers us. However, you must be in good physical condition in order to progress correctly in the canyon.
We will meet at the parking lot of the Ayguebère swimming pool, which will be our meeting point. After welcoming you, one of our instructors will be responsible for giving you a concise briefing, allowing you to learn more about canyoning and its different techniques, as well as all thesecurity measures attached to this discipline. You will then have the outfit and canyoning equipment at your disposal, then you will be ready to begin your approach walk, which will last 30 minutes.
You will then have access to a world of wonders once you arrive at the magnificent Soussouéou Canyon. You will have fun sliding down the slides, jumping in puddles, or even introducing yourself to the technique of rappelling.
Good to know:
- We will not accept water sports slippers: it is essential to bring grippy sports shoes with laces.
- Obviously, you must come with a bath towel. Your swimsuit must already be on you before the activity.
- It is strongly recommended to wear a synthetic sports t-shirt.
- You may need a bottle of water and a snack to regain your strength during the activity.
- You absolutely must know how to swim and be in good physical condition.

When your activity starts and finishes
- Canyoning in the Ossau Valley "Adventure" formula begins between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning. If you choose to come in the afternoon, the activity begins between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
