In the province of Malaga is one of the most impressive gorges in Andalusia. This is the Buitreras Canyon, a ravine in the middle of El Colmenar and the Cortes de la Frontera Station, which has been designed by the Guadiaro River.
In this extremely beautiful setting, we propose a canyoning activity to enjoy the spectacle of nature up close. Over approximately 5 hours , we will progress through its relief guided by professional monitors.
The activity is aimed at people who already have an intermediate level in this sport. And we will enter its narrow crevice surrounded by walls that rise up to 150 meters high. That is why it is advisable that you first do some other simpler ravine in a preparatory way.
The adventure will begin in the municipality ofCortes de la Frontera, from where we will depart towards the "Puente de los Alemanes", a construction more than 150 years old, which has about 70 meters high.
The best dates to do this exercise are between the months of June and August, when the river floods have already passed.
