Every fan of canyoning knows that there is one that is considered "top" in the Andalusian canyons. It is the Buitreras Canyon.
It is a ravine that will take your breath away for5 hours. It is located in the Guadiaro River, in a limestone-type rock terrain. It has been formed thanks to the force of the river and the constant rainfall. Due to its characteristics, it has given rise to a karst landscape full of cavities in the rock.
Its level is medium-high, and during the tour we will find various waterfalls along the way, which add even more magic during the spectacular path . It is advisable that you have enjoyed mountain activities before, but remember that during the descent you will always be accompanied by a member of our team.
In the first half of the route we will find a ravine with many aquatic areas, narrow, and with little light. However, from the middle, we will find a different landscape, with huge blocks and a labyrinthine appearance.
Although we will give you the materials, to enjoy this adventure peacefully, we recommend that you come with a swimsuit or swimwear that you feel comfortable in, sports shoes and a change of clothes so you can change after the canyon descent, important! Bring some snacks to regain energy.
